We compensate crew members based on a 10-hour day, which includes travel to and from the location and breaks. To minimize downtime, lunch and refreshments for the crew, talent, and client are provided at the recording locations.
Drawing from decades of experience recording in many corporate and manufacturing environments, we are "experts" working with non-professional talent. We help executives, front-line employees and customers relax and practice so they deliver their "best" on camera.
When roles require professional on-camera talent, we work with talent agencies. During auditions, talent reads a sample of the script. We often recommend the top 2-3 people for each role and the client makes the final decision.
