Program Design

Design begins by identifying the key characteristics and needs of internal and external customers (viewers) and the actions they will take after engaging in the program. This analysis is the foundation of measurable objectives which are created in the second phase of the ADDIE Instructional Design model:

    1. Analyze
    2. Design
    3. Develop
    4. Implement
    5. Evaluate

Primary design principles work equally well for nearly any subject area, however, Subject Matter Experts appreciate Designers who have industry-specific experience. This improves collaboration and rapport throughout the development process. Stephen Watkins is content savvy in "many" subject areas and has experience in the following industries:
     Automotive
    Clothing/Fine Fashion

    Computer Technologies
    Construction
    Direct Sales
